I would like to offer my support to beleaguered (how do you spell that) manager Rob Howe. To have invested big money to buy Robinho and Van Persie and to see them both injured is very unlucky.
I've just seen the similarities Ben, that's a good spot!

Anyone else notice how much me and Dad look alike in our profile photos, uncanny!
Rafa Benitez as sharp as ever - taking his Liverpool team into the Europa League to prepare them for the same competition next season... always thinking, that one.
Long Pants Chairman, Mr P. Aranoid, has issued another statement: "What was Neil Kirkman doing in Wigan last week? When his family believed he was at work, I believe we have eye witnesses who saw him hand over cash to Roberto Martinez. This is all part of the plot to steal the cup from Long Pants. Martinez planned Defoe's 5 goals but, behind the scenes, it was Neil calling the shots!" Long Pants manager, Ray Kohn, was unavailable for comment last night.
STOP PRESS! Long Pants Board believe that the corruption in football scandal has now entered the FFL! Ben Kohn has admitted being in contact with Kevin Davies since when the Long Pants forward has scored no points. Following the blatant Riise impersonation case, Long Pants Board Chairman, Mr. P. Aranoid, believes that there is a conspiracy to rob his club of the cup. Long Pants manager, Ray Kohn, was unavailable for comment last night.
With the number of Malingerers reducing, I've changed my team name. With Woodgate on the mend and Aquilani on the brink of a regular first team slot at the Mighty Reds, I'm expecting my team to begin the long, but not impossible, climb to the top of the league. Watch out Long Pants. Maggie Thatcher, Ray Kohn, Neil Kirkman, Tilly Hackett.... Your boys are in for one hell of a beating.
This article in the Independent features the dirtiest ever players and I note that none of them play for our super clean FFL teams!
Just shows you can win the FFL without toughie players like Bowyer, Kevin Davies, Gallas etc. ... or can you?

Well, it seems there are quite a few injured players around at the moment that can really cause a championship team to lose out on vital points that they would otherwise be getting!
It's a great season so far with the teams in the middle constantly moving up and down within the league!
Tilly
