Ray - the title to your post says 'Sorry Rob' but it ends in an attempted insult.

I am somewhat surprised you have felt the need to launch such an unwarranted, unnecessary and unprovoked attack.

Maybe like Wenger the pressure is starting to show.

I want to scotch the rumour that has been flying about recently. The massive difference in abilities between the FFL teams has seen the floating of the notion of establishing two leagues. The Premier league managers with £50 million at the start of each season would sit in the same oction as the second division managers with only £10 million. With so many grand children wishing to enter the FFL, they could all start in Division 2 together with the bottom club from the Premier league. At the end of each season, the top team from division 2 would change places with the bottom team from the Premier league.
Although the idea might sound reasonable, a recent opinion poll taken of all grand children resulted in an unanimous thumbs down. None of them wanted to be seen in the same division as Rob! :-(

Ray, many questions are being asked about how you have become the most successful FFL manager.
Really, it’s no secret. It’s just natural talent.
You really are most modest.
Yes I know.
However, there have been suspicions that it is not all down to natural talent.
What? Are you implying that I’ve cheated in some way?
No, not at all. But it has come to my attention that you have not told the FFL Committee about your past.
What do you mean?
Is it not true that the school you attended, Charterhouse, was one of the first to adopt soccer as its winter sport?
Yes.
And did the Old Carthusian team win the FA Cup in 1881?
Yes. And they all wore LONG PANTS as they beat the Old Etonians 3-0.
You didn’t play for that team did you?
Of course not. I was already considered too old to play.
So you admit you’ve been in management for 130 years!
