Regarding Allan's and Alex's proposterous demonstrations of slander, which in reality are nothing more than attempts to destabilise my increasingly formidible team, I'd like to make it clear that I should actually be praised and honoured for my altruistic efforts in assisting other less knowledgeable or even absent-from-Oction managers!
Moreover, the infamous "Hot Balls-Shearer Oction" was actually held under Kirkman jursidiction at 16 KPA, and, as I'm sure you'll all recall, paragraph 2 of rule 49 B clearly states that the Oction hosts are accountable for ensuring correct Oction procedure.
If ben is stripped of his title i also feel he will have to be banned for at least a year as punishment! It means the kirkmans would be only one title behind the kohns with everthing to play for this year! well sort of i'm sure i'll be there top though come the end of season.
Ben, it sounds like there might need to be an official inquiry into the revelations serialised below, contrevening 2 FFL rules and showing blatant disregard for fair play:
a. "I wasn't allowed a bet of the rest team as auctioneer but had one anyway"
b. And entering under a false identity, and attributing your team to Ruth!
c. Entering a team under the guise of Ray's Hot Balls. Can the same league title be attributed to 2 managers??
I think the only fit punishment is that Ben is stripped of his one legitimate title, taking him back down to 0.
FFL Fair Play and Match Fixing Committee
Saying that Alex, as we both well know I've also won the title 3 times... just to set the record straight for those of you who weren't around in the early years - I actually won 3 of the first 5 KPA FF titles: the very first year, I was the auctioneer and not allowed to have a Best of the Rest team, which I picked anyway and attributed to Ruth (who had no idea who any of the players were... the magic Le Tissier year, remember?) and then I also "represented" Dad with the sole instruction to buy Shearer at the Oction for "his" first Hot Balls title, where I also picked the rest of the team for him (including picking up Nicky Barmby at the Oction who had a blinder of a season) - that was the last time anything like that was ever allowed for managers who failed to get their priorities right on Oction night!
Don't make me laugh Alex... I may have won fewer titles due to missing 4 years of FFL and then having to make do with Best of Rest teams for another 4, but even with ten men, or even nine if Almunia warms the bench, I'll still finish above your crappy effort of a team.
God my picture from 1997/98 has changed im chilled out on my hols after lifting the trophy for a fourth time!
We all already know i will win the league unless another injury hit season begins!
I'm sure Neil's pretty confident that by the end of the season Fabregas and Rooney will have scored enough to justify the 50-odd million Neil spent on them!
