So what does the FFL panel say about Ben buying 5 midfielders? Jen is now sorted!
unfortunately ben you did buy diaby, and a further 4 midfielders. obviously you lose brunt as he was your last midfield signing and you will adopt the name "5 midfielders" but the ffl panel will have to convene and agree on the points sanction.
On another note, tilly, I got mg pedersen not jenny!
Team talks are essential to win the FFL. The Long Pants dressing room saw my team lined up awaiting the words of the champion manager. But before I could begin, Malouda thanked me for being the first manager he has had who kept him from one season to the next whilst Cech said he was grateful to be back in the winning team. Salcido asked me to speak mpre slowly ... preferably in Spanish. Yaya Toure said he was glad I had bought the right Toure this season whilst both Everton defenders swore they would play up the standards expected of the winning FFL team. Rooney asked what bonuses were on offer for every goal scored saying that he preferred them female and young. Berbatov muttered something about Russians owning football leading Jarvis to say he was proud to be English and Pennant offering to beat Berbatov up. Ah! The joys of management!

I have been advised (by my advisers) that the 2011/2012 Premier League season starts on Saturday 13th August.
We will therefore hold the corresponding FFL auction on: FRIDAY 12th August, at Ted & Barb's household.
The Auction will take the usual format (starting c. 7:30, first really stupid bid c.7:32, drink break after goalkeepers, comfort break after defenders, food after midfielders, etc) with the usual arrangements for Ben to be projected "near-naked" on one of our walls.
Further details will follow nearer to the date, but for now GET THE DATE IN YOUR DIARY.
If the scheduling of this get-together causes any double-booking issues, then of course you'll need to get un-double-booked for the main event of the year.
One final warning to all my fellow FFL Managers (after two years, maybe more, in the doldrums) - this year I'm taking it seriously - no joking, no getting pissed, just pure, 100% concentration.

As one season finishes another awaits upon us! Will ray do the unthinkable and win it three
Seasons on the bounce!!! Will a Kirkman challenge be back, more than likely? Will Rob or Tilly win their first ever title, more than likely not!
We need early planning, dates? venues?
Can it be that next season will be yours, Rob? Of course you may need to score a few more points than you have managed (over the past couple of decades) ... but there's always a first time.

Ben it has only happend once back in the 94/95 season in which some call the first ever seen when of course I set the record point score and yes the kohns did a 1,2,3,4 finish!! This season not only did I get the top scoring player have the top scoring strikeforce and the top scoring defender my team just fell short by 10 points which i blame on vermalen being injured all season. I did have the best team but a cup victory just ain't enough for me. Bring on the OCTION sir alex will be back
